We are glad to communicate that Wittur Turkey has obtained the Zero Waste Certificate, a certification that consolidates the model to recognize efforts on the waste management and recovery of the waste fractions.
The certificate is a result of Wittur's ambitious and long-standing commitment to sustainability.
On the way to receiving the certificate, Wittur Turkey built up a project team with the aim of implementing and following requirements. The team analyzed plant wastes and throwaways and prepared action plans. In order to increase awareness on the topic every employee received zero waste training.
After the assessment of action concluded, our colleagues made an application to local authorities. Ministry of Environment and Urbanization conferment Wittur Turkey with Zero Waste Certificate.
Wittur is environmentally responsible, we don't stop, and hand in hand with all Wittur locations, the commitment continues with new projects.
