威特集团今日宣布，自3月1日起，此前曾在法雷奥(Valeo)和卓达宇航集团(Zodiac Aerospace)担任领导职位的Antoine Doutriaux 将接替于2017年6月临时担任首席执行官的Gerrit Marx，出任首席执行官。
Antoine Doutriaux 在铁路、国防、汽车和航空航天设备等不同高科技行业拥有丰富的从业经验。他在全面战略部署以及领导全球组织转型方面的业绩骄人。此外，他还通过收购和简化特定组织和流程，展现出其在拓展国际业务方面的能力。

威特的下一个增长篇章也正与集团监事会的变化同步进行。 Franz-Josef Seidensticker 是贝恩咨询公司的退休高级合伙人，自2015年起担任威特监事会独立成员，将接替 Michael Siefke 担任董事长职位。Seidensticker 先生专精于大型国际集团的战略重组和发展，以及提高公司价值，并拥有机械和系统工程，高科技，电信，软件和IT服务等各行业的综合专业知识。 Michael Siefke 将继续担任监事会成员。

集团将于2018年2月28日公布2017年全年业绩。
