Wittur India is now ISO 45001:2018 certified

At the end of November 2018, Wittur plant in Chennai (India) has been audited and certified by TUV Rheinland according to ISO 45001:2018, the new international standard that verifies excellence and good practices in Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems.

Released in March, the new ISO standard puts special emphasis on prevention systems and on the companies' global commitment for the development of a culture of prevention and its continuous improvement. It bases its focus on prevention management as well as on the co-participation of workers and managers in guaranteeing safer and healthier working environments.
