Antoine Doutriaux graduated in 1987 from Ecole Polytechnique (France) and in 1989 from Ecole Nationale des Techniques Avancées (ENSTA, Paris).   After one year in the United States as visiting scholar at the University of California, San Diego, Antoine Doutriaux spent 6 years in the Defense Industry in the field of submarine acoustics.   In 1996, he continued his career at ALSTOM, Railway Signaling activity, to occupy different positions until he advanced to the position of General Manager of the Electronics Product Business Unit in 1999.   Antoine Doutriaux joined VALEO in 2003, as Managing Director of the Electronic and Interconnection Division. In 2006, he was nominated Wiring Harness Branch Vice President, and was promoted Visibility Systems Business Group President in 2009. And in October 2014, he was appointed VALEO Thermal Systems Business Group President.   In February 2017 he moved further on to Zodiac Aerospace and became CEO of Zodiac Seats. From March 1st, 2018, Antoine Doutriaux becomes Wittur Group’s new Chief Executive Officer (CEO).  

Christoph Kaml is Chief Financial Officer of the Wittur Group and Member of the Executive Management Team. Before joining Wittur in September 2017, he worked for PALFINGER AG for over 13 years and served as CFO since 2009. PALFINGER is a leading international provider of innovative hydraulic lifting solutions. From 2012 to 2015, he was based in China to optimise PALFINGER’s cooperation with SANY. He also serves as a Member of the Supervisory Board of Putzmeister since 2016. Putzmeister is a technology leader in the area of concrete pumps and part of the SANY Group. Before his appointment as PALFINGER’s CFO, he was in charge of the management of the North America sales area where he took responsibility in the field of finance, strategy and business development.

Sergio Biglino es Vicepresidente Ejecutivo para Asia Pacífico, Marketing y Gestión de cuentas clave (Key Accounts Management) en el Grupo Wittur. Se incorporó a Wittur en el año 2004 como Director Gerente, responsable de operaciones en Italia. Antes de entrar en Wittur, Sergio trabajó para medianas empresas italianas en el sector de componentes eléctricos para máquinas. Gracias a sus diferentes puestos en áreas como ventas, marketing, tecnología y calidad, Sergio fue ampliando su horizonte en diferentes campos y ha ganado un amplio conocimiento que le llevó a encargarse de proyectos de fusión y adquisición, dirección de planta y finalmente llegar a dirección general. Además de su amplia experiencia, Sergio tiene el Doctorado  en Ingeniería Eléctrica de la Universidad Politécnica de Génova, Italia. Dentro de Wittur, se incorporó como miembro del Equipo Directivo en el 2005 y asumió la responsabilidad de Marketing y Ventas del Grupo en el  2009. [...]

Johann (Hans) Koenigshofer is Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the Wittur Group and Member of the Executive Management Team.   Before joining Wittur in March 2018, Hans worked for Palfinger AG in various positions in Austria and China. He started out in July 2007 as CIO responsible for IT, Process Management and Lean Production. From 2010, he was the responsible General Manager for the EMEA business with direct responsibility for all product development, quality, sourcing and operations. In 2015 he took over the responsibility for Asia and relocated to China. In 2017, he was appointed EVP Operations for all Land business of Palfinger.   From 2003 to 2007, Hans worked for Bombardier Recreational Products (BRP), manufacturer of power-sports products in Austria and Canada. In Austria, he was Director of Quality, Lean Production and Information Systems. In 2005, he relocated to Canada where he took responsibility as VP of Corporate Manufacturing Strategy, Lean, and Quality Systems. [...]

Aline Estevant-Rigaut is Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) of the Wittur Group.  Aline brings over 25 years of international HR experience to Wittur Executive Management Team. She has led human resources teams for major global companies across a variety of business sectors, including chemical, packaging and automotive.   Most recently, Aline has served as Global Vice President Human Resources for Borg Warner Turbo Systems in the automotive sector, and similarly for Owens Illinois, an international packaging company. In each organization, she helped drive company-wide transformation programs, setting up a talent and leadership development culture.   Born in France, Aline has Masters in HR Management and Business Administration, as well as professional HR qualifications from the London Business School.

Shaohua Li se incorporó al Grupo Wittur en Enero de 2013 como Director Ejecutivo de Wittur China y en Julio de 2015 fue designado  nuevo miembro del Comité Ejecutivo del Grupo Wittur. Shaohua se incorporó a GE en 1995 y fue rotando en diferentes puestos, tales  como responsable de servicios externos, gestión de aprovisionamientos, calidad, logística así como dirección de planta. A partir de 2003, Shaohua asumió responsabilidades de pérdidas y ganancias en el negocio de componentes para la automoción en diferentes empresas, como por ejemplo Honeywell, Eaton y Lear. Antes de incorporarse a Wittur, ocupó el cargo de Presidente de la AGC Automotive en China. Shaohua es licenciado en  Ingeniería por la Universidad de Zhejiang y posee un EMBA del CEIBS. Shaohua reside actualmente en Suzhou, China, y es el responsable del negocio en Asia, operaciones diarias y desarrollos organizativos dentro de Wittur en Asia.

Giorgio Scarabello se incorporó al Grupo Wittur en Abril de 2016 como Director Ejecutivo para América y miembro del Comité Ejecutivo tras la adquisición del Grupo Sematic. Antes de unirse al Grupo Wittur, Giorgio ejercía como Director Ejecutivo de Sematic China en Suzhou y Chagnshu desde  2009 hasta el 2014. En ese año fue reubicado  en Sematic USA donde fue el responsable de operaciones y ventas en el mercado americano y mexicano. Giorgio comenzó su formación con un curso de aprendizaje como constructor electrónico graduándose posteriormente como ingeniero electrónico en Suiza. Ha ocupado diferentes posiciones como director de planta y de ventas en la industria cementera a nivel internacional antes de incorporarse a la industria del ascensor. A lo largo de todas sus responsabilidades previas Giorgio adquirió experiencia en el área de producción lean, gestión de proyectos, operaciones y ventas. Como Director Ejecutivo de America, Giorgio tiene su sede en la oficina de Sematic USA in Twinsburg, Estados Unidos.

Ahmet Kanbolat se incorporó al Grupo Wittur en Abril 2016 como Director Ejecutivo para Eurasia y miembro del Comité Ejecutivo del Grupo. Antes de incorporarse al Grupo Wittur, Ahmet  ocupó puestos de dirección superior, el más reciente como Director General en Kocaer Haddecilik y anteriormente como Director General y Miembro del Comité Ejecutivo de Olgun Celik, un proveedor de automoción en Izmir, Turquía. Anteriormente, trabajó en Ford ocupando diversas  funciones  por toda Europa y en los Estados Unidos. Ahmet posee una doble licenciatura  en Ingeniería y completó con éxito el Programa Ejecutivo de Negocios de Stanford en 2013. Ahmet reside en la actualidad en Estambul, Turquía, y está al cargo del negocio en Eurasia así como el desarrollo organizativo y operacional de Wittur Turquía.

Geoffroy Durandet joined the Wittur Group in September 2016 as Managing Director for Europe and is member of the Executive Management Team.   Geoffroy is academically well-equipped and holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Centrale-Supelec in France as well as a MBA from Harvard Business School in the USA.   Prior to joining the Wittur Group, Geoffroy Durandet worked for UTC at OTIS, where he held a number of senior positions over the last eleven years as Managing Director for OTIS in Luxembourg, Canada, UK & Republic of Ireland, Central Europe and, most recently, as Managing Director and Vice President of OTIS France. Previously he worked for McKinsey&Company in the US and with Suez in a business development role.   Currently Geoffroy is located in Wiedenzhausen, Germany and is responsible for European Sales and Operations and to drive Wittur growth and performance on the European continent.

Suraj Thodimarath has been appointed as the Managing Director for Asia Pacific and became member of the Executive Management Team in March 2017. He joined the Wittur Group back in November 2015 as Managing Director for India. Suraj Thodimarath brings along over 20 years of extensive experience in Operations, Project Planning, Supply Chain, Sales and Service with large Multinational Industrial Corporations like 3M India, NCR Corporation and Visteon Corporation. Prior to joining the Wittur Group, Suraj worked for the Danaher Corporation as Director (Operations) and he thus brings varied Industry Expertise to Wittur. Suraj is academically well equipped and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering as well as certifications in Lean Manufacturing from the University of Michigan, USA and business management credentials from Harvard Business School. In his current role as Managing Director, Suraj is based at the Wittur Elevator Components India Private Ltd Office in Chennai, India, and is responsible for driving Wittur’s growth and performance in the Asia Pacific region.
