Accordingly, we are enforcing our teams on safety via our value of Protecting People and the Environment. In September our Corporate HSE team kicked off Behavior Based Safety (BBS) methodology in Wittur Hungary together with all leaders in the production and at the management level.
This methodology is introduced via training sessions and on-site activities that run in the plant together with all area workers' participation and management.
Our colleagues already adjusted their focus on Safe observations with BBS in order to drive positive momentum and improve safety results in Wittur Hungary.
