The Wittur Group announces the appointment of Åsa Lautenberg as its new Chief People Officer, effective July 4th, 2022.
She has a deep expertise and experience in Human Resources, with a clear focus on Leadership Development and Transformation.
Her experience spans from a long leadership career in the Lufthansa Group where she was responsible for functions such as Talent Management, Leadership & Organization Development, Compensation & Benefits, as well as end to end responsibility for the People and Organization Function at SAMSON AG and Viessmann Group.
Åsa describes herself as forward thinking and value driven. She has a global outlook and sees the People Functions value add in fearlessly driving necessary change towards innovative and customer orientated business solutions, while always keeping a strong people and culture focus.
Åsa originally comes from Sweden, is married to a South African, has two grown up sons and has lived and worked in Germany for more than 20 years.
