            ERP Project Manager (m/f)

Your tasks:

• Project management of large and/or complex ERP projects and for all project phases from initiation, planning, analysis, design, implementation, test and rollout/stabilization
• Management of assigned internal project team members (from business and IT) as well as external implementation partners or IT service provider
• Bridge between business requirements and IT-implementation
• Analysis and Optimization of business processes
• Development of concepts, functional and requirement specifications, and test and training materials for ERP implementation and extension projects
• Creation of conditions that enable efficient communication within the project team and with stakeholders
• Planning of resources, project control
• Marketing of the project results
• Risk and escalation management

Your qualification:

• Several years of experience as a project manager of complex international ERP projects (preferably Infor LN)
• Experience in working with dislocated teams in a global, multicultural environment
• Excellent communication and team skills
• Being a natural organizer and planner with great attention to details
• Being able to manage and coordinate people from different teams
• Acting independently and self-motivated
• Excellent organizational, decision making, and problem solving skills
• Showing Integrity and keeping high quality standard levels
• Being result oriented with a "can-do" attitude
• Education: business education with strong IT expertise or vice versa, university degree advantageous
• Excellent English and German language skills (oral & written)
• Other languages valued
• Willingness to travel

We offer an annual collective-agreement based salary starting at EUR 50.000,- annual gross salary incl. overtime.           
Higher pay is possible, depending on qualifications and professional experience.
